Inside Sales Account Manager

The Inside Sales Account Manager will work in the core of our commercial team, to develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Inside sales account management – covering all aspects of the customer relationship:

  • Delivering sales quotes as required.
  • Sustain and renew client contracts.
  • Responsible for all aspects of procurement and delivery of products for customers.
  • Regular communication with existing customers to maintain strong relationships.
  • Work with marketing and business development to expand account base and develop new customers.

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum of one year’s inside sales experience in an IT company.
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
  • Detail oriented with ability to break down projects into smaller tasks.
  • Good general understanding of technology industry – products and solutions.
  • Good working knowledge of usual Microsoft application suite.

Useful but not essential skills:

  • Autotask
  • Quotewerks

Salary offered will depend on experience but there is a very competitive salary, and benefits package on offer, commensurate with experience.
