About the Team
Our team is diverse, highly trained and experienced in all aspects of IT solutions with strong focus on Cloud and Security. Each team member has specialist IT skill sets which add a wealth of knowledge to the business. We place strong focus on ensuring the team are kept up to date with the latest IT developments, so that our customers can fully have the benefit from our knowledge and advice.
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Sales Account Management – covering all aspects of the customer relationship:
- Managing a portfolio of existing accounts to achieve long-term success.
- Regular communication with existing customers to maintain strong relationships.
- Generating new business in existing accounts.
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
- Maintain positive and proactive line of communication between the lines of business as well as senior leadership; includes developing and delivering accurate forecast and attainment details during weekly and quarterly business reviews.
- Capacity to work on cross-functional projects and teams as needed as well as using internal resources to problem-solve.
Experience Profile Requirements
· Attention to detail and ability to multitask is critical.
· Minimum of three year’s experience in a senior account management role with solution selling.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
· Must be a team player, able to co-ordinate and work closely with the rest of the sales and technical teams.
· Detail oriented with ability to break down projects into smaller tasks.
· Good general understanding of technology industry – products and solutions.
· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence external/internal stakeholders.
· Passion for technology
· Highly motivated, goal oriented and self-starter
EDUCATION:
· Minimum – Educated to leaving cert level
· 3rd level qualification preferred.

Salary offered will depend on experience but there is a very competitive salary, and benefits package on offer, commensurate with experience.
